The Pyramid system is fully automated. It delivers pre-aggregated cements or on-site aggregated materials to various manufacturers' exact standards. The mix design, including water, is entirely automated. The inconsistencies and substandard outcome of less precise methods are eliminated. Our system controls mix-design, material output, and includes a real-time graphic display of the entire process. Each job comes complete with a printout report to verify the exact material used, mixing conditions, mix design, etc.

Schedule
No system currently available can deliver a perfect batch of blended material as quickly as Pyramid's. We can pump in excess of 20 tons per hour through two independent hoses utilizing remote-controlled variable output.

Safety
The Pyramid system is a fully-contained/automated, bulk-material loading process. Unlike conventional methods, our workers and those at the job site are not exposed to the hazards of silica dust. Our crews do not have to stand over a pump, breaking bags of dry cement; rather the material is bulk-loaded and placed via crane into hoppers at the top of the machine. The entire work area is cleaner and safer.

Logistics
The Pyramid system requires less space and generates minimal trash. Because material is bulk-loaded, it does not produce a mountain of empty cement bags which optimistically end up filling expensive trash dumpster. Our operation is self-sufficient; it has its own on board water and power source. We deliver more and require less.
